Booking Appointments

When you call Eureka Family Counselling for an appointment, you will be asked for information to help assess the treatment that you need. If no one is available to answer your call a confidential message can be left. No referral is necessary for an appointment.

Office Hours

Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available. Some clients arrange for counselling to be done in their homes to increase their comfort level.

Professional Fees

I work on a sliding fee scale based on a client's income. OHIP does not provide for psychotherapeutic services.

Payment Terms

Payment of fees is due within 15 days of service provision or invoice receipt. Payments may be made in cash or by cheque. If you have Extended Medical Benefits, the cost or partial cost of counseling may be covered by your plan. Check with your insurer concerning the coverage of psychotherapeutic services.
